Purchases in VND are made directly from PATTRANS COMPANY LIMITED and are settled through the supported domestic payment methods shown at the time of purchase; the displayed VND price is the total amount payable to Pattrans, including any applicable taxes. Any fee charged by your own payment provider is borne by you.
International purchasing is not currently available.

How plan activation and renewal work
When you buy a plan
You receive the corresponding Standard Words and can use the plan benefits for 12 months.
Purchased Standard Words
Use your Standard Words anytime while your account is active.
When the plan expires
After 12 months you revert to Flex but keep your remaining Standard Words.
Renewing the plan
Buy a plan again before the expiry date to keep using the plan benefits.
Standard Words are usable only within Pattrans for translation — they are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and they remain available for use while your account is active. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Pack rates apply during an active Plan; the minimum purchase and total price are shown before you confirm. Page estimates assume ~250 source words per page; actual use depends on word count, language pair and the published per-pair rate.
