Taxes included where applicable.
Purchases in VND are made directly from PATTRANS COMPANY LIMITED and are settled through the supported domestic payment methods shown at the time of purchase; the displayed VND price is the total amount payable to Pattrans, including any applicable taxes. Any fee charged by your own payment provider is borne by you.
International purchasing is not currently available.

How plan activation and renewal work
When you buy a plan
You receive the corresponding Standard Words. For a new plan or an upgrade, plan benefits last for 365 days from confirmation of full payment. Renewing the same plan adds 365 days in accordance with the General Transaction Conditions.
Purchased Standard Words
Purchased Standard Words remain usable while your account is active. Bonus Standard Words retain their own expiry dates.
When the plan expires
When your plan expires, your account reverts to Flex. Your remaining purchased Standard Words remain usable while your account is active. Bonus Standard Words retain their own expiry dates.
Renewing the plan
Purchase the same plan again before it expires to renew its benefits under the General Transaction Conditions.
Standard Words are usable only within Pattrans for translation — they are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and they remain available for use while your account is active. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Pack rates apply during an active Plan; the minimum purchase and total price are shown before you confirm. Page counts are estimates for English → Vietnamese, based on a conventional page of 300 source words. The charge in Standard Words for each translation is at least 200 Standard Words (the "Pricing policy" part of the General Transaction Conditions (Vietnamese)).
